Communication is vitally important. In the first 90 days we review how well everyone is responding, and understanding each other.

 

Checking the health of your records is something we'll do on a regular basis, but first is the deep clean. We will look to see how efficient your transaction records are, help automate any data entry and check your reports are doing what you need them to so that we know the numbers are fast, accurate and trustworthy.
