I work with an award winning high end kitchen and cabinet manufacturer. They are a well-established firm based in London that has worked on some high profile private and commercial projects.
The industrial unit next door to theirs became available, which was fortuitous as they wanted to expand but stay in the area.
Their bank took ages to come back and say no and they needed someone to move quickly otherwise they would lose the unit.
I secured them a £100,000 long term loan which enabled them to acquire the unit and kit it out without affecting their cash flow.
